By accessing or using FarmPosts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FarmPosts is a subscription-based software service that generates AI-assisted real estate market content — including Instagram posts, captions, blog articles, and video scripts — using publicly available market data from sources such as Rentcast and the Federal Reserve (FRED). Content is generated for real estate professionals for use in their personal marketing.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or operate in a related field) to use FarmPosts. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.
By creating an account or submitting your information, you agree to receive communications from FarmPosts including transactional emails (magic links, receipts, weekly content delivery) and outreach from our team regarding your account or our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted by our team by phone or text regarding your account, onboarding, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply.
FarmPosts is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Founding member pricing ($199/mo) is locked for the life of your active subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the then-current price applies.
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, but we may grant exceptions at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge at [email protected].
You retain ownership of your name, brokerage, and branding. All AI-generated content delivered through FarmPosts is licensed to you for unrestricted commercial use — post it, publish it, print it, edit it. You do not need to credit FarmPosts in your published content.
You grant FarmPosts a limited license to use your name, zip code, and brokerage to generate and personalize your content. We do not sell your personal data or use it for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
FarmPosts pulls data from third-party sources (Rentcast, FRED). While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all statistics, figures, or market analysis are error-free or current. Always verify data before publishing or presenting to clients. FarmPosts is not a licensed real estate brokerage and nothing in our content constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reproduce or resell the Service to third parties; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform; (d) submit false information to create fraudulent accounts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your content and market page remain accessible through the end of your paid period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarmPosts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
